Pregnancy is beautiful and life-changing—but it’s also uncomfortable. Between the nausea, sleep struggles, and sudden hatred for anything remotely tight around your waist, I quickly figured out my support system of products that made all the difference.

Here are 10 pregnancy products that actually helped me feel more human during the chaos!**

1. Nausea Relief That Actually Works

The first trimester hit me hard with morning (and afternoon… and evening) sickness. These little drops helped take the edge off. They’re flavored with essential oils and vitamin B6—ingredients known to reduce nausea—and they taste pretty good too.

I called these my “smelly sticks.” They smell like a strong peppermint and helped me take deep, calming breaths when nausea crept in. I could totally see them being useful for congestion or even for people trying to quit smoking.

2.KeaBabies Belly Band

I started with a belly band from another brand that also had a strap going over the top of my belly. Sounds supportive in theory—but my baby was not a fan. She would kick nonstop any time I wore it. Our tap water isn’t great, so we finally upgraded to the GeekPure Reverse Osmosis under-sink filter, and it’s changed our lives.
